No.  TextHub is a month by month service, meaning you pay for the service on a monthly basis and can cancel or suspend your account at any time.  Please note that you are pre-billed for the month; you will not receive a refund if you cancel your account mid-term but you won't be billed again.  However, on customized enterprise plans sometimes long-term contracts are involved.
