Private is like a secret keyword that only registered users can use global is for everyone.  As you may be familiar with a text message keyword, allowing your customers to reach you on a shared number, we decided to break this up into two types, Global and Private.  A global keyword is the traditional way of anyone reaching you at your mobile marketing number, while a private keyword opens the boundaries allowing you to setup unlimited keywords that existing subscribers can reach you at.
