Yes, all accounts offer you the ability to send out unlimited messages.  Every plan besides the basic plan, We don't believe in limiting you to the amount of marketing campaigns or subscribers you can have with a TextHub account.  So go ahead and send a campaign!  We throttle back to 2,000 text messages per hour.  If you have a database with 6,000 subscribers on it, your text campaign will take 3 hours to broadcast.
