Do you offer per text pricing plans and are there any limitations this plan may have?

Yes, Some customers need to send a very high volume of text messages in a very short period of time. So we offer our customers a pay per text should they have a need to deploy a high volume of texting in a short period of time.
$0.03 per text message.
